Blowing bubbles is said to be therapeutic.
You must take a deep breath and release it slowly in order to create a flawless bubble, so delicate and perfectly round. You hold your breath as it floats away. And then it pops. Now you take a deep breath and make another bubble.

Occasional Quote
Just heard on a commercial for Laughing Cow cheese:
Whenever I want to laugh, I think of a conversation me and my 4 y/o niece had:
Zen: Where's your teapot? Niece: I don't have it anymore. Zen: Why not? Niece: I couldn't stop peeing on the floor so my daddy threw it out. *Gestures daddy taking teapot over his head and throwing it out the window* Everyone was screaming, "no no don't throw it out!"
I just nodded my head but it was so absurd, I had to laugh when I got home.

:-)
The line making me laugh out loud now is:
"And I put a bird on my head."
"Oh, was that a bird? I thought it was feathers."
"No, no, it was a bird."
If you've seen this movie, you know it. :-)
